3. Non-Refundable Items

  1. Custom-designed solar systems or components.
  2. Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
  3. Installation fees, consultation charges, or other service-related costs once the service has been initiated or completed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  1. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the refund is due to a defect or error on the part of Liberty Solar Solutions.
  2. Return shipments must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

  1. If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, customers must notify Liberty Solar Solutions within 7 days.
  2. After verifying the defect or damage, the Company will either:
    • Replace the product at no additional cost.
    • Issue a full refund, including any associated shipping costs.

6. Cancellation Refunds

  1. Orders for products may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund.
  2. Service cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled service date to qualify for a refund. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. If the product has been installed or used, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  2. If the request is made after the refund eligibility period has expired.
  3. For losses or damages caused by external factors (e.g., weather, accidents, or misuse).
